July Community Meeting – Thursday, July 21st

Our July meeting will feature a “Town Hall” type meeting with our Grantham Ward City Councillors, Dawn Dodge and Bill Phillips, who will be sharing information about the park rehabilitation project, recent city news, and other issues of interest to our neighbourhood.

Date: Thursday, July 21, 2011

Time: 7:00 pm to approximately 8:00 pm

Location: Cindy Drive Park
(where the Star Gazing event takes place)

Bring a comfy lawn chair and join in the conversation!

Arriving by foot:

Go north from Lakeshore into Cindy Drive Park, when you come to the pedestrian bridge on the right (which goes to Beau Valley Cr)

Turn left onto the path that goes to the Willcher Dr entrance. Just before you reach the rear yards of Willcher (you are still in the park), it will be in the open field on your right (north of the path).

Arriving by car:

Parking is available on Willcher Drive. There is a footpath to Cindy Drive Park in the vicinity of #20 Willcher Dr. Once you enter the park, the meeting area is on your left.

Please note that this is a “weather permitting event”. If rain dampens the evening, we will adjourn to the Lion’s Club where we usually meet.
